ULDUZ ADORE

For many years, Adore has been synonymous with elegance and beauty, and has placed a significant emphasis on elevating the level of professionalism and quality of beauty services. On January 11th, a momentous event transpired- the finale of "ULDUZ ADORE 2023".

This year, Adore impressed with a grand and extensive initiative aimed at advancing the Beauty industry. "ULDUZ ADORE" is a grand project devoted to beauty, professionalism, and honoring the skills of Azerbaijani women. It was inspired by Alexander Ruban, Adore's training manager.

The "ULDUZ ADORE" competition was divided into three primary stages: "Cavan Ulduz" - Skincare, "Gözəl Ulduz" - Makeup, "Dəbli Ulduz" - Hairstyling. Nineteen consultants from the company's network were selected to participate, and one was selected by unanimous vote as the best of the best, and worthy of the prestigious title of "ULDUZ ADORE". The competition was held in three stages and comprised professional masterclasses from the company's top specialists: Makeup specialist Natalya Ismayilova, leading cosmetologist of Gazelli House Dilshad Mammadova, and training manager and hair specialist Kamilla Ibragimova. The Ulduz Adore participants underwent training for more than three months. The participants, divided into two groups, were trained in each area at Gazelli House, one of the most renowned locations in Baku, renowned for its beauty and aesthetic appeal.

The objective of the project was to enhance the professional skills of Adore and Sabina store consultants, improve the quality of services, and apply the acquired skills in client interactions.

The overall sales effectiveness of each participant was also evaluated. The competition was sponsored by leading brands such as Gazelli Skincare, Collistar, Aroma Collection, Wella Professional, and Londa Professional.

Each of the competitors was required to showcase their final work, incorporating professional techniques from all three stages of makeup, skincare, and hairstyling. The final competition was designed to thoroughly evaluate the work of each participant, and determine ten finalists, including the winner of ULDUZ ADORE - 2023, 1st vice ULDUZ ADORE - 2023, and 2nd vice ULDUZ ADORE - 2023.

The finalists of the ULDUZ ADORE competition were Aidan Salamova, Irada Mutellimova, Narmin Bagirova, Elvina Myasoutova, Gunel Mammadova, Sariya Aliyeva, Aysel Mammadova, Tamilla Muradova, Svetlana Gasanova, and Kamala Aliyeva. After the final presentation and video review of their work, the Grand Beauty Show viewers were given the unique opportunity to vote and evaluate each participant's work.

As a result, Aysel Mammadova was named 1st Vice of the ULDUZ ADORE 2023 competition, Narmin Bagirova was named 2nd Vice of the ULDUZ ADORE 2023 competition, and Kamala Aliyeva was announced as the winner of the ULDUZ ADORE 2023 competition.
